Unicorns in the Trenches – LGBTQ+ Soldiers in the Ukrainian Army [Turin 03/21]
Since the start of the large-scale invasion of Ukraine, LGBTQ+ fighters have been present in the army, fighting on two fronts: against the occupiers on the front lines and for civil rights within the country. We will present this reality through video interviews and a live connection from Ukraine with a group of LGBT activists known as the “unicorns.”
